PXE-E61 Error

    PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, check cable.

    That is what I get when I try to startup my HP ze4100. CAN ANYONE HELP ME!?!?!?!

    You need to go into your Bios and change your boot Order. Your trying to boot from Network interface.

    Well, I have a bit of a problem. I bought the laptop from a friend who says he didnt set a password to get into the setup, but it requests one. Is there any other way to get into the bios?

    Take batery out for a while if it is normal lock
    if it is lock by manufactory you will contact them.
