Ok, bear in mind I'm inexperienced with networking and its been years since I last did it...

I've just installed a DLink-504T router, connecting 2 PC's (family PC(1) is running Win '98 FE, my PC(2) is dual-boot, Win '98 FE + Win XP Home) with onboard NIC's. Note: I don't currently have a broadband conn, so the router's not being used for ADSL atm.

Both PC's can see and share with each other fine using Win '98 FE, but I'm having a few probs..

    1) My Router doesn't appear at all in Network Neighbourhood, though both PC's can access its HTML setup and ping it, etc.

    2) In Win XP Home, I *can* access the router, but I *can't* access the family PC's hard drive, etc although sharing and everything is enabled...

    Aaargh!

    Advice welcome...
