Qt Writer

Hi

I have just download this from MGeeks site and unzipped. It immediately appeared onscreen without any installation process. Did not leave any icon.
Could not find it when wanted to use. It appears that one has to unzip on each use. Would this be correct or is it a glitch. I would like to use it in place of wordpad but am not going to unzip on every occasion.

Is SSuite Office - QT Writer Express the program you downloaded?

This is a portable application so there is no installation, you will need to create a short cut. Try searching your hard drive for the files named "QTWriter.exe" and "MMMaster.exe". Hopefully they will be found in a sub-folder named "SSuiteOfficeQTWriter2106".

If "QT Writer Express" is not the program you downloaded, could you provide a link to the one you did download?

That is it- QT Writer. I must have missed that it was portable. I am bad for reading all the blurbs.Will check the HDD out for the exe file. Found in downloads and have icons.
