Qtime Video feed = totaly fooked

Not sure why but 3 days ago but all quicktime video either a) doesnt not play at all but voice/still images are ok ; or b) plays 1 second of it and sympton a) comes back up.
So far ive uninstalled completely and reinstalled which didnt work and uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled which also didnt work. Not sure whats wrong? I havnt changed any settings for qtime or added any codecs. I also have tryed downloading various feeds from diff. locations and they dont work.
