Quadro, Open GL vs......

alright, here is the question(s)

Alright, A dell precision has Nvidia Quadro, open Gl video card.
A Dell XPS has a Nvidia 8600. (your regular non quadro, open gl)

what are the advantages or disadvantages of one of the other??

if i wanted a higher quality, stable, but powerful laptop from dell would it be xps or the Precision and business lines?

I dont really want to get into areas some of my other threads have addressed.

 

Precision Workstations (or more accurately, Quadro gfx cards) are meant more for CAD, where XPS is meant more for gaming.
