Question about Activation.

    Just finished a fresh install of XP Pro on a fresh formatted hard drive.
    Added all my anti-spyware programs, my AV and my firewall.
    Hit Start, All Programs and went to the top to activate Windows, but not there. In the Taskbar there is no "Activate in 30 days" notice.
    SIW shows that the OS is activated.
    Have always had to activate a fresh install up til now, so what is going on?

    Had to enter the key, but was not connected to the internet.
    Did not connect cable until ready to activate.

    Was the disk originally installed on the machine, but have always had to manually activate up until this time.
    Last time was about 5 months ago.
