Question about ad-aware results

Hello,
this is my first post on here, hope someone can help me out. When I scan my PC for spyware with ad-aware, I always end up getting the same kind of "not so dangerous" spywares. Even though I scan my PC everyday, the same ones seem to pop back up, is there any way to know wxactly what to block and how?

ok... yes, sorry I meant cookies, didnt use the correct term (then I guess it makes them harmless? like u said).
My question was why do I end up with cookies like gator!? any way I can avoid that?
or I guess I'm just surfing on websites giving all sort of these and I just need to remove them like im doing now.

Those are just cookies. Adaware has determined that some cookies stemming from sites that put ads on the web pages you visit. Those are pretty harmless usually called third party cookies.

Hey there Zaar, if you download Spybot, you can immunize your system and block a lot of unnecessary stuff you may be getting. I run both AdAware and Spybot regularly.
