Question about Cpu Temps

Hey guys. I'm new to your forums, but not new to the site. I have found plenty of good information here in the past and would appreciate some help again.

So here's the deal. I just replaced my Motherboard, put in an SLI array, a 600w power supply and new a CPU heat sink/fan. Problem is, I see that in speedfan my CPU temp is idling at 39-40C and at load anywhere from 49-51C. From what I have heard, these temps are fairly high. So naturally, I put a new layer of Arctic Silver 5 on the CPU but I still see no temperature change. I was wondering if it could be the cpu heatsink I'm using. (Which is just an old Thermaltake Jungle) I don't ever remember seeing these kind of temps with my stock Intel heatsink. I would like to not have to purchase a new heatsink, but I can if need be.

Ps. Here's my specs:
Cpu: Intel Pentium D 950 @ 3.00gHZ
RAM: Matched x2 OCZ SLI ready 2gb ddr2 @ 920mHZ
Video: Two MSI N9600 GT 512 OC in SLI Array
Motherboard: Asus P5N-E SLI
Power Supply: Zalman 600W
HDD: Some WD drive I can't remember the name of. It's IDE and it sucks. lol

 

From what I see the temp's is good,since this CPU tend to go above 60c.So ,don't worry.Everything is OK.

Okay so I just realized I was viewing other forums which had said that the temperatures I indicated would be considered high if I had liquid cooling. Which I do not have! yet... lol Thanks for replies!
