question about dualmon or other such program

I have seen people talk about using dualmn to automatically start emulators on your TV rather than yur primary moniter. If anyone could tell me how to use dualmon to start my emulators on my TV, r other program, as long as it is free, would be greatly appreciated. I just want to be able to automaticaly start my emulators on my TV, also I am booting them from inside xbmc, a media center.

Well, thought I would try again. I would really like to get these things to boot up on secondary moniter (TV), I just cant seem to figure out dualmon, or exactly which part of this program, or an alternative that may be easier to use to get this to happen.
