Question About Iobit Unistaller

I have a laptop that is running Windows 10 for the OS and the main browser that I use is Firefox. I have been having issues with games, online or not, not running correctly, what I mean by that is the games I have tried to play have taken longer that they should to load and other issues like that. Yesterday I decided to uninstall and then re-install Adobe flash the issue is that once I got flash uninstalled I went onto the Adobe website and attempted to find a link for the flash download but I couldn't find it the only thing I found was adobe animate and the lowest price for that is nineteen dollars a month and I really can not afford that. So at that point I opened back up the uninstaller program because I had let it set a back up point before it actually uninstalled the program but I don't know how to access the option, if there is one, in uninstaller to use the back up. So if anyone has any suggestions about what I should do I would appreciate it. Thank you

 

In Iobit uninstaller - just click the three horizontal lines at the top right, and the drop down gives you a restore
