Question About January 2019 Update Post

    From the January 2019 update post...
    I read this quote: "The following CVEs have FAQs with additional information and may include * further steps to take after installing the updates."

    If I understand correctly, that means that every time MS updates my software I have to check everything listed below the above quote. Is that right?
