Question about laptop monitoring

Is there any way I can monitor what is being done on a laptop, without actually having possession of it? I believe my spouse is cheating on me and I want to know what is being done on the laptop. I already purchased and installed eblaster on the home pc, but they are not actively using the pc, just their laptop. They have been taking it to work and won't leave it at home. Any help would be appreciated.

 

It's only legal to monitor a computer that you own, and even then, you must disclose that you are using monitoring software to anyone using (your) computer.

Sorry, but what you're asking to do is illegal. I'd suggest talking to them about the situation, or asking his/her friends... they'll probably have an idea of what's going on.
