I am selling some old computer parts on E-Bay. Admittedly, I know enough about a computer to assemble the parts and make it work. One of the things I am selling is 2 256Meg Sticks of PC100 memory. The sticker on the memory says its PC100 256M CL2.

One of the bidders asked for a part number. Well, after busting out the magnifying glass, I got K4S280832C-TC75.

He writes back the next day and says I am lying, the memory is not 256M, but only 128Meg, and links me the Samsung product page. How do I prove what it is?

It is 16 x 8 (or 8x16, however you write it). When it was in my system, it said 512Meg.

    Thanks for the info.
