question about realtime protection

Hi

I have superantispyware free edition installed

and malwarebytes (paid version) for real time protection (and scanning)

for antivirus i have avira free installed but this also has real time protection (umm. what to do..?) - should i have this activated if malwarebytes has real protection already running?

will this be a drain on my system if both are active??


(sooh confused...)
