Question about Sentinel2

I had Sentinel2 on my PC and loved it. 2 days ago I got a new motherboard, new SATA hard drive, and new CPU so I started from scratch: backed up my stuff to an external HD, formatted the new HD, installed XPPro SP2 & the drivers and proceeded to reload the software I had previously. Everything is working fine except that Sentinel now will not install. I get an error about the file msvbvm60.dll - 'an error occured while trying to replace the existing file - DeleteFileFail; Code5. Access is denied.' And I'm given the options to Ignore, Retry, or Abort. I know it's a Microsoft Visual Basic Virtual Machine file. But why am I getting the error? It installed fine on my old HD; and this is a new HD with a brand new clean XPPro install. Any help or suggestions is appreciated!!!
