Question about Trend Micros popup

Hello I have a question about the Trend Micros popup (The dashboard one)

I usually have no notice of anything of the likes when I'm at home with my laptop, but when I visit my in-laws and use their internet connection, it suddenly pops up (as it does on their stationary computer) - What is the reason for this, and is there a way to prevent it?

I doubt it's something on my laptop, as the problem only occurs when I'm visiting them and disappears once I connect to another connection.
