Question about TweakBIOS...

Hey guys. I'm a new poster here at Major Geeks. A few weeks ago, I decided that I wanted to download TweakBIOS and mess with my BIOS a little. It installed fine, but when I tried to open it, it didn't exactly work. It started the little DOS window, and then immediately closed (after maybe 1 second) I even unzipped it and put it on a floppy to try and boot from it, but that didn't work either! Ofcourse, system specs would help you guys.

I'm running Windows XP Professional SP1, 2.4 ghz Celeron Processor, 512 Ram, 80gb HD. All of this info really isn't necessary (I think) since you guys will probably tell me what the problem is only knowing the operating system. I'm guessing its incredibly simple. Something like "Windows XP doesn't support TweakBIOS"

Speaking of the BIOS. I actually tried flashing my current BIOS from a floppy, and unfortunately it didn't work. My motherboard is an ASrock Ge Pro-M2. I don't know why it wouldn't flash the BIOS. I had a flashing utility and the new BIOS on the floppy, but when it came to booting from the disk, it would tell me to remove the floppy and press any key to continue.

XP is based on the NT kernel.

What you could do is create a boot floppy on a Win9x machine and put all the TweakBIOS files on it. Then you could boot from the floppy and run it. But then again accessing BIOS setup when rebooting is easy enough without jumping thru those hoops
