question about volume AND a introduction

    can someone either answer me here or tell me where to look with this question. Is there any hardware or software program or driver that could make the volume on my computer louder? preferred free but if it means increasing the volume on my comp im willing to pay ty yall. . . o yea the intro Hi all :D
