My keyboard is getting sticky and needing to be replaced. I'm thinking about getting a wireless.

Do they work good or are there problems with them?

    Thanks

    I used to have one!

They work perfectly, but do require a usb connection for the sender/reciever or a bluetooth connection.

The only downside is they are not as good for gaming as wired ones, but i dont know if that is an issue for you.

I'm not into games, so that shouldn't present a problem for me.

    Thanks

Also make sure you don't get one that uses a frequency used for something else. I've had problems in the past with wireless devices and cordless phones, which makes them nearly unusable.

For that, bluetooth is probably your best bet.

I had a wireless keyboard and mouse combo (logitech). I got very tired of the keyboard not always getting recognized at bootup so I removed the combo and now just use a wireless mouse.
Maybe current models work better than my older model.
