    You got it backwards.

System Idle Process, is good to be in the 90's or higher.

It is what is available to the rest of the system. :)

Description: Percentage of time the processor is idle

Well I can say I am not an expert but your cpu usage that gets up to 36% isnt really that bad...its when you get stuck at like 99% then I would worry

It really depends on what you have running, if you are running one of the distributed computing projects such as folding then it would not be unusual to see your CPU usage in the 90% area. The same applies if you are running a background AV scan or something similair.

    Say, Jiphie,

I had that VirusBurst a few days ago. It was a real bear to get rid of and I had to have help from the folks at Authentium. If you use Cox Cable for your ISP call 1-800-265-1886 and ask for assistance. I'm a noob at this stuff and always have to ask questions, but as I'm sure you have already found out, VirusBurster is not a virus removal application but a virus itself. You'll get lots of W32/FakeAlerts when you run your anti-virus software on it. Also run Adaware, which will help. Tell the Authentium folks where the W32 was found (what file) and they'll help you from there.

Of course, if you don't use Cox Cable for your ISP, maybe someone here will help you delete that file. I would also bet that you have a yellow question mark in your system tray that keeps popping up a balloon telling you your system is at severe risk and that only THEY can solve it. If you click on the yellow ? you will reinstall the VirusBurst whether you want to or not. So make sure whomever is assisting tells you how to get rid of the ?, as well.
    Good luck.
