    Greetings:
    I have a P4 Mainboard (#L4S5MG/651+) that accommodate 184-pin unbuffered DDR SDRAM.
I want to increase my memory up to it's full capacity of 2GB and would like to know if either of these boards would be best for compatability and performance.

    kingston pc2700-cl2-5 Manufacturer Part Number: KVR333X64C25/1G .

    Kingston Memory - 1 GB - DIMM 184-pin - DDR - 400 MHz / PC3200 - unbuffered
    Manufacturer Part Number: KTA-IMAC400/1G

    Kingston ValueRAM memory - 1 GB - DIMM 184-pin - DDR ( KVR333D8R25/1G )

    Crucial Technology 1GB 184-Pin PC2700 333Mhz DIMM DDR RAM ASIN: B0002IP2TY
    Item model number: 103484

    Corsair 1GB 184 DIMM PC2100 ECC DDR RAM (CM72SD1024RLP-2100)

    SMART memory - 1 GB - DIMM 184-pin - DDR ( GM12864DDR2N1 )

    Viking memory - 1 GB - DIMM 184-pin - DDR ( VGDDR128X64PC3200 )

thanks in advance for your advice.:wave

    or
These two brands are the only ones listed that run at 400mhz (PC3200) and are therefore the fastest (actually DDR means Dual Data Rate so it's really 2x200mhz=400). Any brands of DDR should be OK in your motherboard, so get the fastest RAM for lowest price possible. Unless your motherboard is fairly old, you should have no problem running DDR400 at its full speed; if the MB can't handle DDR400, it will clock it down to DDR333 (or 266) if needed.

You can run the Crucial system scan and it will tell you what kind of memory works with your computer.
