I read your Article "DO NOT POST UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS: How to: Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal". There is one part I find confusing. This is regarding HSRmove 2.4. When I am in the safe mode do I just click on it's executable or do I do I get to it by following Step 3 under it's link from your page - it says:

3: Right-click on My Computer, Choose Manage, Double-click on Services and Applications, Click on Services. In the righthand column find "Network Security Service", and double-click on it. (In Safe Mode this may already be stopped) Choose Stop and then write down the name and path of the file in the "Path to Executable" section. Set the Startup Type to Disabled. Click Ok. Close the Computer Management window

If I do use step 3 I not sure what this part means "Choose Stop and then write down the name and path of the file in the "Path to Executable" section. Set the Startup Type to Disabled"
Am I writing down the path to the HSRemove executable?

    Thank you

Just click the executable. Disabling Netork Security Service is a seperate thing desigbed to disable one way spyware can get installed.
