I just posted about how my graphics card is not currently working, well, I just noticed that the fan is not running on the card when the computer is running. Is my problem possibly that the graphics card is not getting enough power because of fan, or fan is broken?.. also, I got my card to work for a few minutes, in that time I installed the drivers off the disc, but when I minimized the installation screen to close something the screen got all messed up with strange colors and lines and monitor light went from green to blinking orange and no more video.. then when I rebooted after that no video and the same orange light on monitor. I didn't get the chance to see if graphics card fan was running when it was working, but I didn't notice hearing it (not that I know how loud it'd be). Haven't gotten the card to work since.

sounds like overheating. shouldnt be too hard to replace the fan, just find another on newegg or sumthin that will fit your card (a 5200 if im not mistaken?)

Since you can't get it to work anymore, it sounds like it overheated and toasted the card. I'd say it's time for a new card. ALways make sure you're fans are properly running, and clear of dust etc.
