Question Regarding MS Access

Hello,

I am in the process of updating a database using Access, we have it setup to look like a program and it the view is in the form view, not database view. One of the forms is a drop down with names on it and I want to change some of the names and I believe it is attached to a table, but I am having difficulty finding the area that has all of the names.

Any idea how to find the drop down listings. I can provide the file if it is easier to show you what I mean.

Hi

If you open the database and the form then change the view to Design, look at the box where the dropdown is an it will name the field, then just look in your tables for this field, if its a Lookup to a table listing those are easier to adjust, but if the lookup is linked to a field then you can use the lookup wizard to create a new list or edit the existing one but I know I found this harder to do as its all code.

But feel free to add the file as I will have a look, I'm not an expert in Access at all, but I have been creating a database for work so know a fair bit of it now.

Ok here is the file....there it's a database for parking enforcement. If you look it has names of officers, violations, and locations. It's those three that have drop down tabs with pre-selected information, and it's also what I would like to modify.
