I was wondering if there was a web site that I can enter in illegal websites to try and block or suspend them? So say if I found a web site that gives out free games or music, could I simply rat them out?

Random websites dont have any kind of authority to hack other websites to bring them off the internet...
Why would you want to rat out free software sites anyway?

I'm certainly not an expert in law, or an attorney, so take this for what it's worth... Keep in mind that the Internet is world-wide. Just because something is illegal where you are doesn't necessarily mean that it is illegal where the website is hosted. If a website sharing pirated software, movies, music, etc is located in a country where copyrights of other countries are not respected/enforced, there's probably little that can be done -- even if you do report them. However, if a person in a country where copyrights are enforced downloads pirated material from such a site, they most likely will be held accountable.
