question to ask......

    i can not change my home page and i am the only one on this pc when i hit the tool tab and hit internet options it contact system administrator. so did i block this before so it would not change and if so how can i fix it i have not noticed any problems with my pc so i do think i did this awhile back and now i forgot how.............. thanx to who ever helps me
