I am currently working at Nottingham Trent University as a researcher in collaboration with the Erasmus+ project in SCREEN MODE - MODEration strategies of SCREEN abuse for Generation Y(outh). We are currently running a survey on Internet use and were wondering if we could share it on your forum.


This survey is designed to measure the behaviour over Internet use combining different information about the person completing it, such as individual data (i.e. age, sex), personality characteristics, active engagement with online applications on a daily basis, and behaviours/feelings that he/she may have been experiencing due to Internet overuse.


The outcome of this survey will help us evaluate your current situation over Internet use by providing the necessary reporting, training material and action plans to moderate your online activities and help you to build and organize some aspects of your personal, academic/professional and social life better.


We are looking for young persons (between 16 and 25 years old), which is why we thought your forum could be very useful! The survey is only about 15 minutes long, and can be taken in the following languages: English, Romanian, Greek, Lithuanian, and Polish.

I will let you know, thanks a lot for the help! For now I did not receive any reply. The only problem being that I received an email from the "main" researcher who wants to finish the recruitment by the end of this week.

I do not really have any age limit in this study, it would actually be great to have a wider sample, could help us to see if there are difference between the group ages.
