Question

I have a question for anyone who has any explaination for me. This just started happening tonight when I was using my Yahoo e-mail. Each time I tried to select an option ie: Compose, Search Contacts, Attachment, etc.
Spybot Search and Destroy pops up with a warning that Double Click and then they name another spyware program in another box, is trying to gain access, do I want to block. I click yes, but the box keeps appearing as long as I'm in my e-mail service.

For starters I don't know why Spybot Search and Destroy is popping up, and not my Spy Sweeper or Avast.

Why does it only happen when I enter my e-mail?

I tried exiting out and when I went back in the same thing happened again.

Anyone know what might be happening?

The only thing I can think of, is I just downloaded a free trial version of a program and this is when it started happening. Not sure if the two are related.

 

Still happening and this is how it reads:

Box 1 states> Spybot S@D Resident
Spybot S&D reports that you want to download "Avenue A,
Inc." This is a known threat. Do you want to BLOCK this
download?

Box 2 states> "......... " reports that you want to download "Double
Click"." ............."

****Are these warning boxes trying to say that Spybot is trying to
download malware? Again these warning boxes are only
popping up when I enter my e-mail. Any thoughts?

 

Can anyone give an explanation?

I dont use Yahoo so cant comment on it.
I'm not quite sure what your problem is, maybe configuration thing.
Try uninstall both spybot and Yahoo and reinstall and review setup options.

 

Open spybot got to Immunize > Permanently running bad download blocker for IE (last section) and change the drop down to "Block all pages silently."
