We are trying to create an interactive display that posts certain information that is a combination of dynamic data and also static data. This display would be placed in a place where everyone can walk by to view. I understand that in order to show this information we would have to have it connected to a computer. My question is; is there any kind of software out there that will enable to me to have a functioning display running while still operating on this computer?
    Thanks!

I don't know if i can answer your question, but you're going to have to provide a lot more details. What kind of dynamic data is this? Where is it coming from? What is the static data? Where will all this data be store? What kind of computer are you going to use? Is this computer going to be networked to a place that will provide it with the dynamic data?
Tell us more about what you are trying to do.

Static data will come from Word and Excel documents, the Dynamic will come from 2 sources (Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting Services). The data will be stored on a Networked Workstation (WINXPSP2).
