Quick Help Needed

Hi, I'm working on cleaning up a friends computer and have noticed a S-Ton of unusual files here. The folder Tools under "C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\Tools\" and only contains 3 files (even checked for hidden ones). According to HJT, there are much, much more, so I need to confirm that I should get rid of these extra .exe files in the Tools folder.

Please let me know of anything else. This computer is rank w/ spy/ad/malware.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly install & rename HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
