ok, so im looking into buying a plasma, ive been doing some off and on research, but best buy has one going for really cheap tomorrow so i need an answer fast....

the tv has a resolution of 1366 x 768, can i somehow select a video setting on my computer to be compatible with this tv? it does has a dvi input slot, but my card doesn't have a 1366x768 setting.... so is there something smaller that would fit most of the screen? or can't you do that?

also, for contrast rations, does 5000:1 and 10000:1 make that much of a difference?

    please help me quick!!! thanks!!!

just in case you need it, i have an nvidia 7900 GTX graphics card, and im tryign to decide between these 3 tvs:
    LG 42" LCD LX3DCF or LX4DCF
    LG 50" plasma 50PX2DC
    Toshiba 50" plasma 50HP66

ok.... ya, so i just realized that with my card i can set a custom resolution, so i should be able to set it to 1366x768.... but can anyone tell me how much a difference the contrast ratios of 5000:1 vs 10000:1 are?

well i kind of answer my own question again....
    http://www.practical-home-theater-guide.com/contrast-ratio.html
it says that anything over a constrast ration of over 500:1 is not preceivable by the human eye in a dimly lit room.... it is only preceivable in a completely dark setting.... so ill go for the one thats cheap then... hahahaha.... i wish you guys would make a home theater section.... that would be cool.... just an idea.... bye
