Quick Hijack This Question

i was just running all my spyware programs and updating them to make sure my system is completely spyware free and i noticed these 2 suspicious lines in my hijack this log, looks like the R0 Local Page lines need to be fixed but i wanted to check with Chaselang or alanc first... thanks =]
