HI. My old laptop (it was stolen) came with a program that enabled me to easily change my TCP/IP setting for home, work, or school (they were all different).

I just got my new laptop, and it doesn't have a similar program. Can anyone recommend a good preferably free program for switching my IP settings?

I could only find one program here on Majorgeeks (there could be more), DotnetSwitch 1.0 but the link for the author's web page to find out more info didn't work, so I was hesitant to try it.

    Thanks.

Thanks. It works great. Since my post, I found another program called WINIPS. Worth checking out as well. Not as fancy in some respects, but it might be better in for a network administrator.

I switch from static IP at school/work to a dynamic IP at home. I wanted to be able to switch easily without going into the TCP/IP properties and re-enter the info each time.
