Quick Launch Toolbar.

My machine at work allows me to place multiple shortcuts in my quick launch toolbar and have them all visible at all times. My machine at home allows me to also place multiple shortcuts in my quick launch, but only 3 are visible at a time. How to I make my home machine capable of having all shortcuts visible in my quick launch toolbar? Both machines are Win XP Pro w/ SP2

Right click on the taskbar and uncheck "lock the taskbar"

You can also adjust the width of the Quick Launch toolbar in locked mode by unlocking it, dragging the right border marking for it to the right or left, then locking it again. This way, you can control how many programs appear on the toolbar without expanding it. I have 13 items on my Quick Launch toolbar. I want more than 3 items showing without expanding it, but I don't want all 13 items showing without expanding it; that would take up too much space on that taskbar.
