   okay, whenever I try to log on using a name I made up and not the supervisor it freezes and does nothing
   
   so basically I can only log on the internet if im using supervisor

   Dont use that particular program BUT what I think maybe happening is that you will need via your supervisor access is to allow access to the other user names to the internet etc etc .... the webfiltering seems the same as allowing user permissions in XP, 2k etc
   
   login with your Admin user name and check options in webfiltering for allowing access to other users names.
