quick question.... two almost alike RAM's

    ok.... is the more expensive one really better??? doesn't seem that way to me.... but is EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles) and also SLI certified that much better? in the end which is better?

    Hmmm...the difference between these sticks of RAM is the cas latency and the timing. Please see this link for a description of latency and this link for a description of timing.

    ok..... but is the extra $41 worth having 4 CAS Latency with timing of 4-4-4-12 over 5 CAS Latency with timing of 5-5-5-12????

    41 dollars.... yes or no?

    I posted the links so that you can decide for yourself. I don't know how valuable your money is to you. I do know that AMD processors like low latency, whereas Intel processors like high frequency. I don't know what's in your system, either!

    thats what i'm buying..... since it is AMD you think the 4 is worth it then? i read those things and they were really confusing and i still dont know the answer.... i know that 4 is better than 5.... but is it 41 dollars better than 5?
