Quickbooks Pro problem

    I use Quickbooks Pro with a Windows 2000 operating system. When I go to print checks, they print in a random order. Meaning that they do not print in a numerical order and then checks do not match up with the numbers. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it? It has worked fine until recently and it is an isolated system that would not have been likely exposed to any viruses. Thanks.
