   mcgrotty Private E-2

   I can not open the QB program. Have tried via shortcut, via "Open" program - can not access. Get:
   Error 8000fff Description: Catastrophic failure
   
   Windows XP, IE6. Have rebooted, etc.
   
   Please help,
