Quicken Basic 2000 download?

    Hi MGs! I'm looking for a download of Quicken Basic 2000 - have searched for hours to no avail. Thought I'd ask here to see if anyone might be able to help. Otherwise, could someone advise how (if possible?) to install from desktop (Windows XP) to netbook (Windows 7 Home Premium) over home network/Dropbox/etc.? Can I access .exe file within desktop download files from netbook and install locally?

    I have a CD and keycode, but netbook is lacking a CD drive... Please help!! : )
