Quickie for MYIE2 users

Hey, I love MYIE2, but I can love it even more if you can help me figure out the following...

1. How do I get the active window to be on top? ie. When I click on a link within an open window, the newly activated window is in the background. It definitely slows up things when I'm trying to open a bunch of pictures and I continually have to click on the tabs to bring them up.

2. URL keys - what are they and how can I set them up? I assume that they are like hotkeys and that I can program my favorite sites for each one. I tried to do this - I went to MG site, right clicked the tab and then clicked "assign shortcut". The URL page came up, and I entered F1, but it didn't accept it. Would love some help with this.

3. Drag n Drop. Is this really useful? I've read the instructions over and over, but it's just not working. I know this would be a pain in the ass to explain, so please only answer if you are bored at work. So far, I've tried highlighting a word or phrase, press CTRL and drag and drop it on the window that's already open and on the tabs above. I think I'm missing the concept.

You have just killed me. I don't want to think about this today...perhaps tomorrow. I'll read more about it.

To help me get over this blow, can you help me figure out how to convert a file into a .jpg so that I can use it on this site? It only lists as "file" and won't open...I'll email it to you since i don't know how to put it into this email.
