Quickset Workaround?

I've used this site for a few years now and downloaded some great tools, but this is my first post. I'm looking for some help as to how I can workaround the Quickset screen saver settings that my company has mandated. They currently have the screensaver w/password come up after only 15 minutes and I'm having to log back in all the time:mad If I can't change this setting, is there at least something I can run to keep the computer "thinking" it's still active?
