    Hi

Have you uninstalled iTunes application as well as removing Quicktime, which if done manually "may" have residual files left to block a re-install.

Also to remove any traces of iTunes and Quicktime ( afer using add/remove for these ) by deleting
    C:\Program Files\iTunes folder
    C:\Program Files\Apple Software Update
Then in this location delete the QuickTime and QuicktimeVR files located in the C:\Windows\system32\folder
    C:\Program Files\iPod Folder
    C:\Program Files\QuickTime folder

Then download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup tool and run, then find and delete any Apple or Quicktime references

Delete your recycle bin and say run CCLeaner and its Cleaner and Registry tools ( run the registry one a few times until nothing found )

Reboot and install the latest version of iTunes
