quicktime player chages screen resolution

    hi,

    in my uncle's vaio laptop (pcg-k23), everytime i open the quicktime player, the sceen automatically changes it's resolution to 800x600. when you close the program, the resolution changes again to it's original configuration (1280x800).

    if anybody knows what could be the problem, i'll appreciete it.
