   Anytime a webpage has quicktime files in it I see only a "Q" with a questionmark in side of it.
   
   Any suggestions as to how to correct this?

   That graphic should appear when the video content is no longer available with the link you referenced. Try checking out the video links at www.apple.com for Quick Time to check this. Incidentally what version of Quick Time do you have?
