Quicktime ?

    I am going to install quicktime just to be able to play music. I notice that there is quick time alternative and quick time player.

    Which would be best, I have real alternative installed and am using it to play real files so they can be converted to wave, which I am able to do.

    QuickTime Alternative.

    QuickTime is pretty bloated, always wants to run something at startup no matter how frequently you disable it, and is slow.

    There's a Real Alternative also, so you won't have a need to install Real's invasive software to play streams and .ram files.
