how did you expect him to not get it? thats funny and sad at the same time (the quote). so this begs the question can you beat someone unconcious but they still have conciousness?

i dont want to say why, because i dont like to add to the hype in todays news. but just for clarifications, it wasent the police that did they beating, the police just did they "say" ing
