    Ihave an ATI Radeon 9250. I load the driver and windows still will not run the video correctly

    Are you running XP?
    I too have that card on one of my other systems and when i installed it, XP took care of the driver for me.
    I had no need to use the drivers on the disc that came with my 9250!

    What are the problems exactly that you are having?
    Maybe a conflicting issue there somewhere. Check the card in device manager!
