Radeon HD 4500 "This device cannot start (Code 10)"

Hi all, I beleive this is an error with all Acer 7535G laptops, and was wondering if there is a fix. This is the error I get; http://i48.tinypic.com/9thbmq.jpg "This device cannot start (Code 10)".

I uninstalled and reinstalled, which didn't work. I tried a fix which worked for 4550 models, which was to uninstall, go into Safe Mode and delete the drivers, then reboot and they'll automatically re-install, which they did, but the error was still there.

Is there an fix out there whatsoever? I understand the 3200 Series is supposed to work without the laptop being plugged in, and when it is plugged in, it should switch to the 4500 Series.

Btw, I'm running 64Bit Windows 7 Ultimate.

So this has 2 video cards in it- one for battery power and the other for when it's plugged into an outlet?

EDIT- OK from what I just read on a site if you're running XP the switching doesn't work properly. I found this fix posted but it's for Win 7.

"I Have given up with XP, it will not work properly with the ACER 7535G I have installed Windows 7 and everything is good. It now runs a lot of recent games on high settings. One problem that you will come accross is that the HD 4750 card wont be selectable in the display options unless you do the mobility modder from driver heaven.

did u install win 7 as legit copy?
or did u do it with a crack (simple yes no will do)??
or did it come with it when you bought the computer?
because it looks like you dont have the device drivers to run it, which you can get all device drivers from the Microsoft web page for free.

 

I've tried this one, and it still doesn't work, I can't find a fix for 4500.

I am running Win 7 64bit Ultimate fwiw.

i know it isnt for radeon, but it does have some bios fixtures and what not for your computer.
