I was thinking of upgrading my nVIDIA GeForce 7600GS with a RADEON HD4770, though I only have a 350W power supply, is it enough?

I don't know if this information is enough to tell if it will work, but here it is anyway:

os: Windows XP Home Edition, SP3
    cpu: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+
    mem: 3071 MB (2x512, 2x1gb)
    gfx: nVidia GeForce 7600 GS
    sound card: SB X-Fi Audio

Please inform me if there's anything else I might need to add! :foolish

hello, unfortunately like mentioned below your 350w PSU isn't enough to run the Radeon HD4770 graphics card.
So your only option is to get a higher wattage PSU, I would go for what's affordable so at least 500W ;)
