Radeon X850XT Texture streaking

    Hey I have had this video card for about a year and it started doing this within a week of getting it I should have sent it back but didnt for certain reasons anyways here are some links to the streaking. Any ideas for a permanant fix?

    Atl+Tabbing in and out of my games fixes the issue but it comes back randomly.

    Let me know if you want any other info.
